Our Team

Eric Leenson (eleenson@fwg.com)- President and CEO,

As PAM's president and CEO, Eric provides leadership for PAM's national efforts and liaisons with leading SRI organizations. Eric is one of the founding members of PAM and has more than fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining PAM, he received an MBA from UC Berkeley and then was an investment broker with Merrill Lynch. He holds a BA from Princeton University and studied in Chile on a Fulbright Scholarship.

In addition, Mr. Leenson is very active in the movement for social justice in Brazil, working with groups like the MST (Landless Workers Movement) and the campaign "Nourish the New Brazil." He has a Series 7 General Securities license, a Series 24 General Principal license, his Series 63 license and his Series 65 Investment Advisor license. Member International Advisory Board, Instituto Ethos of Brazil. 


Peter Camejo (pcamejo@fwg.com)- Chair of the Board, 

 Peter Camejo has served as CEO and Board member since PAM's inception in 1987. From its inception until April 1, 2001, Mr. Camejo was Chief Executive Officer of PAM. Before co-founding PAM, he was an investment broker at Merrill Lynch and Prudential Bache. Mr. Camejo has, in addition to his Series 7 General Securities license, a Series 24 General Principal license, a Series 4 Options license, and a Series 3 Commodities license.

Active in the environmental movement, Mr. Camejo has served as a member of the Board of Directors of EarthShare and the Chair of the Council for Responsible Public Investment. He is also a member of the Board of the Contra Costa County Employee Retirement Association.  Peter is married and has two children. He is the author of "The SRI Advantage- Why Socially Responsible Investing Has Outperformed Financially."


Catherine Cartier (ccartier@fwg.com)- Chief Administrative Officer

Cathy joined PAM at its inception in 1987 and has served as a Board member and Corporate Secretary since 1994. Prior to joining PAM, Cathy worked for Lehman Brothers and Prudential Bache. Cathy earned a BA from St. Mary's College and holds her Series 7 General Securities license, Series 24 General Principal license, and Series 53 Municipal Principal license.


 




Phil Kirshman, CFA
CFP® (pkirshman@fwg.com)- Director of Business Development

In his role as Director of Business Development, Phil brings PAM’s story to a larger audience. Phil is instrumental in assisting Financial Advisors to transition their businesses to the PAM Network, provides support to existing PAM Network Financial Advisors to help them grow their businesses, and develops new avenues of growth for PAM. Phil has been a Portfolio Manager, a Financial Consultant, and a ship broker. He holds active registrations for FINRA Series 3, 7, 24, 63, 65, and is Insurance licensed Phil holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is a Certified Financial Planner™.



Richard Torgerson (rtorgerson@fwg.com)- Director of Social Research

Joining PAM in 1996 as an investment consultant, Richard manages PAM's social research, analysis and portfolio screening services, including relations with third-party money management firms. He also oversees the shareholder advocacy program at PAM, working with both clients and outside coalitions to mobilize support for social/environmental initiatives. Richard is also President of Nuclear Free America, Inc., a major provider of military research to the social investing movement and Co-Chair of Maryland Business Leaders for Sensible Priorities. Also Registered Principal for PAM's Baltimore office, Richard has a Series 7 General Securities, a Series 24 General Principal, and his Series 65 Investment Advisor licenses. Richard holds a BA in political science from The Johns Hopkins University.
